Men's pieces are made to size. When ordering opens, a complete measurement profile is required before production. Once cutting begins, made-to-size orders are final sale except where the garment is defective or lost in transit — in which case the house will repair, remake, or refund at its discretion.

Women's lingerie shown here is a private preview with no announced release date. Preview images are editorial and may differ from the finished collection.
